Is there a delivery fee?
There will be a delivery and setup fee of $20 for distances inside a 20 mile range of our location. The fee will be $10 for every 10 miles for distances outside of our 20 mile range.
How much time is included in the tablescape rental?
Each tablescape comes with a 4 hour rental time. Rental time can be added for an additional $35 for a half hour or an additional $50 for an hour. We ask that you let us know within 72 hours if you would like to add on time to your rental. If you’re in the middle of hosting your event and would like to add time, please contact me to see if the request can be accommodated. Request can’t be guaranteed once the table rental has started.
Do I have to wash anything?
No, the beauty of booking with Soiree Tables Charlotte is that we take care of washing the dishes. We just ask that any leftover food be wiped off with a paper towel and pour all liquids out of the glassware. Please take care not to wash or pretreat any stains on the linen. We will take care of that also.
Where can a tablescape be set up?
We can set up our tablescapes in private locations such as your home, rooftop, park, office, or an event space that you have booked. We can set up on your personal table or we have folding tables that we can bring in at an additional charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund in the form of your original payment for any order cancellations made twenty one (21) or more days in advance of the rental date.
A refund, minus a 10% restocking fee for any order cancellations less than fourteen (14) days.
A refund, minus a 30% restocking fee for any order cancellations less than seven (7) days.
If you cancel seven (7) or fewer days before your rental date, we are unable to offer a refund but can offer STC account credit that must be used within 6 months.
How many guests can your tablescape rentals accommodate?
Soiree Tables Charlotte is designed for smaller, intimate gatherings. Our largest tablescapes will accommodate 12 people. Most of our tablescapes are for 4-8 people. Check each tablescape description to see how many people it can accommodate.
Can I mix and match between different tablescapes?
As each look is created for a certain design aesthetic, we do not mix and match our tables.
What happens if one of my guests breaks or damages an item?
We charge the full replacement cost for any broken or missing items. As a small business specializing in intimate gatherings, each piece in our collection is carefully chosen and essential in our operations. When items are damaged or unavailable, it impacts our ability to provide exceptional service to future clients. Thank you for helping us maintain our cherished inventory.
Are there tables that can be rented for your tablescape?
Yes, We offer 6-foot folding tables for rent if you do not have a dining room table available for your tablescape. The rental includes one 6-foot by 30-inch table and one 6-foot by 15- inch table, which are paired together to create the feel of a full-size dining table. The rent fee is $25 for the two tables. For reference, the dining table featured in most of the tablescape photos is 6 feet 9 inches long.
